Ben is a dedicated and seasoned multi-national real estate auction professional with years of experience in serving as a leading auctioneer in Australia. In addition, Ben has been instrumental in forging a new pathway for the Australian and New Zealand model of housing auctions all along the Pacific Coast of the United States. A true real estate professional, Ben’s unique market understanding has allowed him to achieve tremendous success in Australia and in his role in the United States. Today, Ben leads Harcourts Auctions United States division, and specializes in real estate auctions for non-distressed properties. With a career that extends back over 15 years to when he was just 14 years old, Ben’s expertise in the industry has helped to strategically position Harcourts Auctions as one of the premiere real estate auction platforms in the world.

Calista has an exceptional understanding of the auction process and appreciates the importance of vital communication required between all stakeholders. Her law background, combined with her commercial leasing and franchising experience, give her stellar customer relationship skills and a natural ability to cope with conflicting pressures. With a degree in communications and a background in managerial customer service, Heidi possesses a high level of customer relationship skills and the ability to cope with conflicting work pressures while maintaining accurate auction registers and an effective delivery of client services. Heidi’s involvement in leading the delivery of auction administrator services provides agents and all clients with security and peace of mind when dealing with the Harcourts Auction Team.
